We specialize in placement across building systems, controls and automation — including DDC, PLC, HVAC, MEP, DCIM, commissioning, fire/life safety, power & energy systems. Our candidates range from technicians and programmers to project managers and engineers.
We operate nationally and sometimes internationally. We help companies all across the U.S., and can support relocation when needed for key roles.
Yes — our service is free for candidates. We only get paid when a successful hire is made with our client (the employer).

Timing depends on the niche, location and complexity, but thanks to our specialized network we often fill key roles faster than a general recruiter.
We focus primarily on direct-hire/permanent placements. If you have contract or temporary staffing needs, we have a sister company ControlTemp that we created to exclusively handle temporary staffing needs in these same industries (www.controltemp.com).
For select roles and clients, we assist with relocation-friendly placements. If a candidate is open to relocating and the client supports it, we coordinate the match accordingly.
